Leila has  30 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a tertiary medical center, in medical-surgical, pre-operative, post-anesthesia and critical care units. She also has experience as a clinical instructor in mixed use extended care facilities, which she draws upon  when dealing with  elder neglect and abuse cases.
